Enable Workshare in SmartPlant Engineering Manager
- Start SmartPlant Engineering Manager.
- Navigate to the Plant Structures node, right click on it, and select Enable Workshare.
- Set the Workshare name and click OK, make sure the file share option is enabled.

Highlight the Satellites node,
right click, and select
New Satellite.
The new Satellite dialog opens.

Enter a name and password for the Workshare, and click
Next >.
The New Satellite dialog changes to display "Satellite slot information".
- Click Finish.
- Exit SmartPlant Engineering Manager.
